The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are basic, but in fresh condition with an alarm clock provided. Plus, breakfast is included in the rate, adding to the overall convenience.

The hotel’s perfect location near the MRT station made our stay in the city so much easier. We had access to plenty of stores, restaurants, and night markets just a few steps away. The room was cosy and efficiently designed, and the housekeeper was always helpful. The breakfast was simply fabulous, and the universal electrical socket was a thoughtful little detail that made our stay way more comfortable.

The water drainage in the bathroom could have been improved.

The Easter weekend was a delightful stay in this hotel. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to public transportation and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay. we enjoyed the amenities offered, including the strong Wi-Fi connection and comfortable bed.

The noise level from neighboring rooms was quite bothersome. The lack of soundproofing made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, as we could hear conversations and movement from the other rooms.
